Ai Blade mount bracket 2020 V Slot

Angle adjustable mounting system for the Ai Blade range of reef aquarium lights, featuring two geared sides which slot together to set the angle you require. Simply align the angle and push the two parts together.

The fit between the two parts is firm. To disassemble, wiggle the two halves back and forth until they separate. An optional hole is provided if you wish to screw them together.

One side of the bracket clips onto the Ai Blade light bar, the other side mounts to a standard 2020 V-slot rail. Sold as a kit with both the Ai Blade holder and the rail mount. A minimum of 2 kits are required per light.

What lights does this fit?

This bracket is designed for the Ai Blade range of reef aquarium lights. One side clips onto the Ai Blade light bar, and the other side mounts to a standard 2020 V-slot aluminium rail.

How many kits do I need?

A minimum of 2 kits are required per light. The number of kits depends on the length of your Ai Blade — refer to the kit count list above.

How does the angle adjustment work?

The two geared halves slot together and lock at your chosen angle. Simply align the angle you need and push the two parts together. To adjust, wiggle the halves apart and re-set the angle.

Can I screw the two halves together?

Yes — an optional screw hole is provided if you want to permanently fix the angle in place.

What material is it made from?

Black versions are printed in PETG-CF (carbon fibre reinforced PETG) for added rigidity. White and grey versions are printed in standard PETG. Both offer good UV resistance and durability for aquarium environments.

What rail does it mount to?
