30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We have a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contactus@mnnprotolab.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2-Year Warranty

We're so confident in our products we back them with a 2-year guarantee.

All MnN Proto-Lab products are backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material failures. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contactus@mnnprotolab.com.au with your order details and a description or photo of the issue.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned as they are made specifically for your order. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
