Product description

Low-profile reusable cable-management mount designed to accept hook-and-loop straps for network, audio-visual, signal and power cable bundles. Available with a countersunk screw fixing or a pre-applied industrial-strength, high-temperature adhesive backing.

Technical specifications

• Maximum strap width: 13 mm (1/2 inch).
• Screw hole: 5 mm diameter, countersunk.
• Clearance above screw position: 8 mm.
• Suggested screw size: M4 or #8 gauge countersunk screw, selected to suit the mounting surface.
• Pack quantities: 20 or 100 mounts.
• Colours: Black, White or Gray.
• Mounting types: Screw In Only or With Adhesive.

Materials

• Black: PETG-CF carbon-fibre reinforced PETG.
• White and Gray: PETG-GF glass-fibre reinforced PETG.

Both PETG-CF and PETG-GF provide good UV resistance and durability for indoor and outdoor cable-management environments. Final suitability depends on the installed environment, surface, load, temperature and chemical exposure.

Installation requirements

• Screw fixing requires a suitable screw and any anchor needed for the mounting surface.
• Adhesive fixing requires a smooth, clean and dry compatible surface.
• Do not overtighten screw-fixed mounts.
• Do not crush, kink or exceed the minimum bend radius of installed cables.
• Adhesive holding performance varies with surface, preparation, temperature, load and service conditions.

Limitations
